Victoria M. Phillips, 77, of Kingsville, TX passed away on August 5, 2016 in Corpus Christi, TX.
She was born on May 27, 1939 in Kingsville, TX to Mr. & Mrs. Pedro & Teresa Montalvo.
She was a retired retail manager at Wal-Mart and a lifetime homemaker, She was also a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church and various church organizations.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, George A. Phillips; her sister, Corina Garcia; and brother, Pedro Montalvo III.
Survivors include six daughters, Kimberly Trevino, Theresa (David) Cavazos, Kathleen Jimenez, Michelle Phillips, Kristina (Esteban) Gomez and Olivia Maldonado, all of Kingsville, TX; one son, James A Phillips of Kingsville, TX; two brothers, Faustino (Rumalda) Montalvo of Riviera, TX, Arnulfo (Maria) Montalvo of Kingsville, TX; one sister in-law, Elva Montalvo of King Ranch, TX; one brother in-law, Euvencia Garcia of Edinburg, TX; thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, 08-09-2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, 08-10-2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating and Deacon Raul Rosales assisting..
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery in Kingsville, TX
