Trinidad "Trine" Pena Acuna, 94, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away October 11, 2016 in Kingsville, Texas.
She was born on August 27, 1922 in Kingsville, TX to Mauricio and Teofila Pena.
She was a retired homemaker. She was also a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan V. Acuna; one brother, Benjamin Pena; two sisters, Olivia Garcia and Eva Sarabia.
Survivors one daughter, Evelinda A. (Manuel) Cisneros-Flores of Laredo; three sons, Juan (Alicia) Acuna Jr. of Kingsville, Gilbert (Angie) Acuna of Seguin, Reynaldo (Julie) Acuna of Kingsville; one sister, Consuelo "Connie" Basaldua of Freedom, California; fourteen grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grandchildren; sixteen great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Fri., 10-14-2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Fri., 10-14-2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 10-15-2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating and Deacon Raul Rosales assisting.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
