Thelma Caldera, 63, of Kingsville, Texas passed away on November 5, 2021, in Kingsville, TX.
She was born on August 13, 1958, in Kingsville, TX to Elias and Maria Elena Caldera.
She was formerly a custodian with K.I.S.D.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Maria Chavez; and two brothers, Lonny Caldera, and Elias Caldera Jr.
Survivors include three sons, Ramon (Esmeralda) Chavez Jr., Adrian (Razhel) Chavez, and Rene (Michelle) Chavez; six daughters, Yvonne Chavez, Melissa (Ruben) Chavez, Victoria (Kyle) Chavez, Christina Chavez, Cassandra Solis, and Tiffany Avalos; three brothers, Guadalupe (Terry) Caldera, Heriberto (Terry) Caldera, and Rene (Melissa) Caldera; thirty-three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, 11-11-2021 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 11:00 a.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, 11-11-2021 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Gertrude the Great Catholic Church with Father Bob Dunn officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
