Susana Chavez, 63, of Kingsville, Texas, peacefully passed away on June 11, 2025, in her beloved hometown. Born on December 21, 1961, to Domingo and Laura Yolanda Chavez, Susana was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, and friend.

She dedicated much of her life as a secretary, proudly serving at A & F Auto Sales and St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Susana was an active and devoted member of her community, participating in the Catholic Daughters of America, The Women of Faith, and the Teresitas. She found joy in spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing, and celebrating life's many family gatherings.

Susana is preceded in death by her brother, David Chavez. She is lovingly remembered and survived by her daughter, Laura Rosa Jacquez of Kingsville; her sons, Adrian Cesar Perales of Corpus Christi and Jose Dominguez Jacquez of Kingsville; and her brothers, Domingo (Margarita) Chavez Jr., Santos (Gloria) Chavez, and Arturo (Maria) Chavez. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews who will all carry her memory in their hearts.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 9:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, officiated by Father Fernando and Father Paulson. Susana will be laid to rest at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
