Soveida G. Garza, 84, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away November 9, 2017 in Kingsville, Texas.

She was born on September 30, 1933 in Realitos, TX to Abraham and (Petra) Garza.

She was retired from K.I.S.D. Cafeteria. She was also a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan G. Garza Sr.; one sister, Emilia Olivo.

Survivors include three daughters, Graciela Garza of San Antonio, Lydia Seigal of Schertz, and Glenda Garza of Kingsville; one son, Juan (Sandy) Garza Jr. of Kingsville; one brother, Abraham Garza Jr. (Sylvia) of Waco; three sisters, Gloria (Elias) Menendez of McAllen, Maria Perez of Corpus Christi, and Ovidia Vallejo of Plain View; four grandchildren, one great-grandson; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, 11-10-2017 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Friday, 11-10-2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, 11-11-2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Fernando Gamez officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
