Sister Vicenta Aguilar, age 89, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014 in Kingsville, Texas.
She was born on July 19, 1924 in Robstown, Texas to Refugio and Felipa Aguilar.
She spent over 70 years in the religious life. She was a teacher in Taft, Robstown, Kingsville, and also taught in Mexico, in the Durango and Jalisco states.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews; and all of her religious sisters of the Missionary Daughters of the Most Pure Virgin Mary.
Visitation will be on Mon., 1-13-14 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Monday, 1-13-14 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, 1-14-14 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martins Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
Interment will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
