Simon H. "Heki" Meza, 74, of Kingsville, TX passed away on January 10, 2017 in Kingsville, TX.
He was born on January 5, 1943 Kingsville, TX to Wenceslao (Maria O.) Meza.
He was a retired self-employed custom home painter in the local and surrounding areas.
He was also a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Maria Olga Perez; step-mother, Elvira C. Meza; aunt, Maria (Toni) Mendez; and uncle, Jose P. Mendez.
Survivors include two brothers, Wences (Dariela) Meza of Kingsville, Juan F. (Belen) Meza of Kingsville; three sisters, Ofilia Meza of Kingsville, Rosa (Angel) Beltran of Ricardo, Lucy (JoJo) Garza of Kingsville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Fri., 01-13-2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Fri., 01-13-2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 01-14-2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with Father Peter Thenan officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
