Santiago Perez, 71, of La Porte, TX passed away July 10, 2017 in La Porte, TX.
He was born on March 4, 1946 in Kingsville, TX to Polo and Victoria Perez.
He was a retired oilfield/insulator.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Amelia Perez.
Survivors include one daughter, Gloria G. (Ovidio) Bustillos of La Porte, TX; four sons, Jose Arnoldo Guerra Jr., Richard (Kristy) Guerra, Paul (Karen) Salazar Jr. all of Dayton, TX, and Pete (Michelle) Rodriguez of Pasadena, TX; two brothers, Polo Perez and Rudy Luna; five sisters, Hortencia Pina, Victoria Elizondo, Maria Trevino, Soila Luna and Mary Lou Coleman; ten grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 07-12-2017, from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Religious Service will be held on Wednesday, 07-12-2017, at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, 07-13-2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Coastal Bend Fellowship Church on 1500 E. Ceasar with Reverend Noe Trevino officiating.
A cremation will follow with a private burial at a later date.
