Rufel G. Muniz, 85, of Kingsville, TX passed away January 25, 2019 in Pasadena, TX.
He was born on November 5, 1933 in Calliham, TX to Enrique and Timotea Gonzalez Muniz.
He was a retired welder/ truck driver.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, and two brothers.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Eva M. Muniz of Pasadena; two daughters, Dolly (Eddie) Amido of La Porte, Vicky M. Willis of Pasadena; three sons, Abel Muniz of Yoakum, Arnold Muniz of Houston, Henry (Esmeralda) Muniz of Houston; three sisters, Consuelo Lopez of Kingsville, Sara Gonzales of Kingsville, and Esther (Ruben) Velasquez of Kingsville; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, 01-28-2019, from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Religious Service will be held on Monday, 01-28-2019, at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, 01-29-2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
