Rolando C. Bazan, age 79, of Kingsville, Texas passed away on August 6, 2026, in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Rolando was born on May 22, 1947, in Kingsville, Texas, to Alberto and Maria Bazan.

He dedicated many years of his life to working as a roofer, serving Kingsville and the surrounding communities until his retirement. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and devoted Dallas Cowboys fan. Nothing brought him greater joy than spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Martha E. Bazan; two brothers, Ricardo Bazan and Arturo Bazan; one sister, Nora Bazan; and two granddaughters, Angel De Jesus and Amber Bazan.

Rolando leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory, including his two sons, Rolando C. (Laura) Bazan Jr. and Rene J. Bazan (Linda); four daughters, Jessica M. (Nefri) Suarez, Julissa (Gabino) Bazan-Sanchez, Roxanne Bazan, and Amanda Bazan; three brothers, Larry Bazan, Alberto (Gloria †) Bazan, and David (Toni) Bazan; one sister, Petra B. (Cruz †) Gonzalez; one sister-in-law, Virginia (Ricardo †) Moreno; twenty-three grandchildren; thirty-seven great-grandchildren; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home with Father Alfredo Villarreal officiating. Interment will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
