Robert R. Ramirez, 56, a lifelong resident of Kingsville, Texas, passed away on July 28, 2024, in his hometown. Born on May 25, 1968, in Kingsville, Robert was the cherished son of the late Irma Gomez and Ruben V. Ramirez.
Robert was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud grandfather. His hardworking nature was evident in everything he did, from his career to his dedication to his family. He found joy and relaxation in fishing, a pastime he cherished deeply. Known for his humility and gentle spirit, Robert's greatest pride was his role as a grandfather, where his love and wisdom left a lasting impact.
He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Irma and Ruben.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife of 29 years, Esmeralda Ramirez; his four daughters, Alyssa Sanchez (Raul), Cassandra Ramirez (Austin), Amanda Malcik (Charlie), and Breanna Ramirez; his treasured granddaughter, Idalis Sanchez; and his two brothers, Ruben (Rosabelle) Ramirez and Javier (Pamela) Ramirez.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a visitation on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Religious Service at 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home with Pastor George Martinez officiating. Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery following the service.
Robert's life was a testament to his faith, love, and dedication to family. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
