Ricardo O. Flores, 70, of Kingsville, TX passed away on September 21, 2017 in Houston, TX.
He was born on October 20, 1946 in Kingsville, TX to Valentin (Elisa) Flores.
He was a retired truck driver as well as a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. He was an avid lover of all types of music, and had a passion for playing the guitar.
Survivors include one daughter, Evelyn Flores of Houston; two sons, Gregory (Holly) Flores of Corpus Christi, and Richard "Kalito" Flores Jr. (Lisa) of New Braunfels; two step-daughters, Cecilia Langthorn and Carmen Munoz; one step-son, Hipolito Silguero; three sisters, Lydia (Estevan) Salinas of Kingsville, Elvia Flores of Kingsville, and Mary Ann Flores of Missouri City, TX; two brothers, Benito Flores of Houston, and George (Alicia) Flores of Kingsville; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tues., 09-26-2017 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Tues., 09-26-2017 at 6:30 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wed., 09-27-2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gertrude's Catholic Church.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
