Rhonda Gail Huddleston Mejia, 68, of Kingsville, TX passed away July 22, 2018 in Kingsville, TX.
She was born on November 19, 1949 in Madisonville, Kentucky to Clifton and Rebecca "Sue" Huddleston.
She was the property manager of Texas A&M University- Kingsville for over twenty years, retiring in 2011. She was a devout Christian and loved Southern Gospel music. She was very active in her church and volunteered regularly for the food bank in Kingsville.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Gregory Huddleston.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Luis B. Mejia of Kingsville; one son, Brett Mejia of Davenport, Iowa; one sister, Terri (Brent) Mink of Greeneville, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin on Fri., 07-27-2018 at 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church.
A Funeral Service will be held on Fri., 07-27-2018 at 10:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church with Pastor Jack Willoughby officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
