Reynaldo Montez Reyes, 79, of Bishop, TX, loving husband, father, and grandfather gained his wings on May 26, 2021.
He was born on August 17, 1941, in Goliad, TX to Ysidro and Adela Montez Reyes.
Reynaldo was a retired butcher from H-E-B in Kingsville, TX, and a lifelong member of St. James Catholic Church in Bishop, TX. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Reynaldo was preceded in death by his loving wife of fifty-seven years, Herlinda Garibaldo Reyes; his grandson Paul Anthony Revilla; and his brother in-law Ramon (Handsome Brute) Garcia.
He is survived by his daughters; Consuelo Reyes and Chriselda (Abel Jr.) Reyes; his sister, Anita Garcia; his grandchildren; Valerie (Richard) Gonzalez, Lianna (Julie) Revilla, Cassandra (Oscar Jr.) Carmona, Arisela (Martin) Revilla, Jacob (Crystal) Revilla, Nicholas Lowman, and Ashley Paschal; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will forever be missed by his family, friends and those who had the pleasure of meeting and knowing this special man.
A Cremation will follow and a Memorial Service will be held on June 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church in Bishop, TX.
