Rene Ramirez, 60, of Bishop, TX passed away February 20, 2021 in Kingsville, TX.
He was born on June 6, 1960 in Alice, TX to Francisco and Martina Ramirez.
He was a retired farmer in the surrounding areas and a industrial painter. He was also a member of St. James Catholic Church. His interest including riding his Harley, helping his family, and friends and a devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers and Rock & Roll. He will be dearly missed.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Norma V. Ramirez of Bishop; two sons, Rene Ramirez Jr. of Bishop, and Zachery Seth Ramirez of Bishop; two granddaughters, Jasmine Marie Ramirez, and Tiffany Ramirez; four brothers, Robert Ramirez, Francisco Ramirez, Ricardo Ramirez, and Robert Carlos Ramirez; six sisters, Janie Lopez, Rosario Ramirez, Maria Ramirez, Susana Ramirez, Irene Ramirez, and Frances Pacheco; his mother-in-law, Elva C. Vela; and extended family.
Visitation will be on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Father John Xaviour officiating.
A Cremation will follow.
