Raul G. Ramos, age 81, of Kingsville, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.

Born on November 14, 1943, in Del Rio, Texas, Raul was the son of Melchor and Delfina Ramos. He dedicated many years of service to the City of Del Rio Water Department before retiring.

A man of deep faith, Raul was actively involved in his church community as a Bible study teacher and spiritual mentor. His love for praising the Lord was evident in his passion for music — he often praised the Lord with the accordion, harmonica, and guitar. Raul found great joy in gathering with family, especially during holidays and special occasions, where the bonds of family were strengthened through shared moments.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Eva Ludivina Ramos; son, Samuel Ramos; his sister, Paula Marin; and two brothers, Adrian and Ernesto Ramos.

Raul's legacy lives on through his five children: Ruth (Kelly) Ramos, Mara (Jesus) Rosales, Sonia (Arturo) Cruz, Raul (Ella) Ramos Jr., and Israel (Berenice) Ramos; as well as twelve cherished grandchildren: Hope, Brendan, Jesus Jr., Reign, Marcos, Bruno, Braulio, Raul III, Saulo, Zipporah, Alejandro, and Angel.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Central Baptist Church. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Pastor Servando Torres. Interment will take place at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.

Raul will be remembered for his unwavering faith, unrelenting strength, his musical spirit, and the love he poured into his family and community. He will be deeply missed.
