Olivia G. Valadez, 83, of Kingsville, TX passed away on June 19, 2020 in Kingsville, TX.
She was born on June 9, 1937 in Ricardo, TX to Mr. and Mrs. Pablo and San Juanita Garza.
She was a retired housewife, and was also a member of St. Gertrude's Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose G. Valadez, two sons, Alberto G. Valadez, and Ramon Valadez, son-in law David Trevino, and daughter-in law Melissa A. Valadez.
Survivors include her five daughters, Yolanda (Richard) Gonzalez of Kingsville, TX, Catarina Trevino of Kingsville, TX, Maria "Vicky" (Benito) Rodriguez of Kingsville, TX, Herlinda (Alfonso) Garcia of San Antonio, TX, and Margie (Peter) Rubin of Orange Park, FL; six sons, Jose Valadez of Kingsville, TX, Avelino (Sylvia) Valadez of Kingsville, TX, Wilfredo (Linda) Valadez of Kingsville, TX, Guadalupe (Barbara) Valadez of Surprise, AZ, Ambrosio (Margret) Valadez of Mesa, AZ and Jesus (Amy) Valadez of Pharr, TX; one sister, Nicolasa Alegria of Torrence, CA; thirty-seven grandchildren; fifty
great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wed., 06-24-2020 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Wed., 06-24-2020 at 7:30 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thurs., 06-25-2020 at 10:00 a.m.at St. Gertrude's Catholic Church with Father Joseph Lopez officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
