Olegario G. Mata Jr., 60, of Kingsville, Texas passed away on July 26, 2017 in Kingsville, TX.
He was born on July 13, 1957 in Kingsville, TX to Olegario and Olivia Mata.
He was a truck driver for Integrity Industries.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Tomasita Mata and Beatrice Garcia.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Beatrice Mata of Kingsville; five daughters, Olivia (Jimmy) Mireles of Agua Dulce, Julie (Eliseo) Carrales of Kingsville, Tally Ann (Nicolas) Martinez of Italy, TX, Yvonne Perales of Kingsville, and Rosalie (Roberto) Soza of Houston; four sons, Ricky (Olga) Acevedo of Red Oak, TX, Oscar Mata Castellanos of Kingsville, Rene Riojas of Kingsville, Roland (Xenia) Castellanos of Arizona; two brothers, Mike (Lucy) Mata of Kingsville, and Ruben (Margie) Mata of Kingsville; two sisters, Connie (Flo) Martinez of Kingsville, and Marta Mata of Virginia; thirty-one grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Fri., 07-28-2017 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
A Rosary will be held on Fri., 07-28-2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 07-29-2017 at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with Father Peter Thenan officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
