Nilda Barrera, 61, of Kingsville, TX, passed away May 18, 2017 in Corpus Christi, TX.
She was born on September 27, 1955 in Kingsville, TX.
She was a retired homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her brother Ricardo Vega.
Survivors include one son, Jacob A. Barrera of Houston, TX; three sisters, Maria Luisa MacDonald of San Antonio, Gloria Espino of Kingsville, TX, and Anna Mendez of Corpus Christi, TX; one brother, Alex Barrera of Corpus Christi, TX; two grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, 05-21-2017, from 5 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Sunday, 05-21-2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A cremation will follow with a private service at a later date.
