Nicholas C. Guerrero passed away on February 10, 2024, in Kingsville, Texas, at the tender age of 20.
Nicholas was born on December 23, 2003, in Kingsville, Texas, and throughout his life, he touched the hearts of those around him. A cherished son, brother, husband, and father, Nicholas was devoted to his family, displaying unwavering love and a commitment to their well-being. His selflessness knew no bounds, and he would go to great lengths to help and protect his family and friends.
Known affectionately as Nico to his family and close friends, Nicholas had a magnetic personality that endeared him to everyone he encountered. His warmth, kindness, and generosity left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Nicholas is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Judith and Faustino Garza, and his uncle, Alonzo Guerrero.
He is survived by his beloved spouse, Azalia Rueda; two adored children, Nicholas Jude Guerrero and Nino Sabastian Guerrero; his loving mother, Melba (Rey) Guajardo; devoted sister, Destiny Guerrero; caring brother, Renato (Jaylene) Guerrero III; aunts, Anna Grijalva, Jayne Trevino, and Anna (Jesse) Riojas; grandmother, Melba Garza; and grandfather, Robert (Laura) Espinoza. Nicholas also leaves behind his mother-in-law, Jamie Gaytan; Nanny, Nancy (Manuel) Rodriguez; and numerous cousins and nephews.
In this time of grief, let us remember and celebrate the life of Nicholas C. Guerrero, a remarkable individual who touched the lives of many with his love, compassion, and spirit.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Martin's Catholic Church with Father Alfredo Villarreal officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
