Minerva A. Gutierrez, 89, a resident of Kingsville, TX died on December 14, 2015 in Kingsville, TX.
She was born on December 22, 1925 in Runge, TX.
She was a retired homemaker/seamstress. She was also a member of St. Martins Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. She was an avid baseball sponsor and a supporter of all local teams.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Neri N. Gutierrez; two sisters, Domitila Prosela, and Marilanda Champion; and one brother, Dubea' Prosela.
Survivors include one daughter, Josephine G. (Cesar) Garcia of Kingsville; three grandchildren, Jerry Garcia, Deborah Zentmier, and Cathryn Van Noort; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thurs., 12-17-2015 from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Thurs., 12-17-2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Fri., 12-18-2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
