Obituary

Miguel T. Juarez Jr., 71, a resident of Walsenburg, Colorado passed away on February 9, 2022, in Colorado.
He was born on April 16, 1950, in Kingsville, TX to Miguel and Inocencia Juarez.
He was a U.S. Marine Vietnam Veteran. He was a truck driver and painter, and a member of First Baptist Church. Mr. Juarez was a dedicated martial artist and was only second to his love for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. During his lifetime, he accomplished three black belts, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, and O.S.M.K.K.F. Karate.
He was preceded in death by one son, Matthew Juarez.
Survivors one son, Mildorag Dejanovic (Rose) Juarez of Colorado; one daughter, Casandra C. Franco; three grandchildren, Aiyana, Samuel, and Michael; four sisters, Jesusita (Arnold) Palacios, Margarita Alderete, Isabel (Robert) Rawlinson, and Angelita (Margarito) Rodriguez; one brother, Ricardo (Marta A.) Juarez; two special nieces, Celeste, and Clementine; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, 02-20-2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Religious Service will be held on Sunday, 02-20-2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, 02-21-2022 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church with Pastor Jack Willoughby officiating.
Burial will follow at Kingsville Resthaven Cemetery.
Under the direction of Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
