Mary Lou Chavera, 65, of Kingsville, TX passed away on June 20, 2017 in Corpus Christi, TX.
She was born on February 2, 1952 in Kingsville, TX to George and Francisca Martinez.
She was a retired homemaker.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Maria Martinez; one son, Johnny Joe Martinez; two brothers, George Martinez Jr., and Manuel Martinez; two sisters, Diane Ruth Sanchez, and Ninfa Flores.
Survivors include three daughters, Celina Chavera, Georgina Gonzales, and Ana Espinoza, all of Kingsville; one son, David Martinez; five sisters, Grace Guajardo of Bishop, Diana Solis of Kingsville, Diana Guajardo of San Marcos, Janie Sandoval of Kingsville, and Anita Ramirez of Falfurrias; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thurs., 06-22-2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Religious Service will be held on Thurs., 06-22-2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Fri., 06-23-2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home with Reverend Joe De La Paz officiating.
A Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
