Martin Miguel Rios Garcia, 64, a former resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away on September 17, 2021, in his place of residence Edinburg, Texas.

He was born on September 7, 1957, in Bishop, Texas.

He was a retired laborer.

He is preceded in death by his father, Miguel Rios; one son, Gabriel Rios; two sisters, Elma Rios and Norma Dominguez; stepfather, Jose Dominguez.

Survivors include his mother, Margarita G. Dominguez of Kingsville, Texas; five sons, Tavis (Jackie) Rios of Florida; Miguel (Gina) Medrano of Edinburg, Texas, Danny Rios of Edinburg, Texas, Joshua Reyna of Edinburg, Texas, and Jerry Rios of San Antonio, Texas; one daughter, Leticia Rios of Florida; two beloved companions, Maria Cisneros and Mary Lou Garcia; six brothers, Miguel Rios Jr., Rene Rios, Eloy Rios, Moses Dominguez, Jose A. (Victoria) Perez, all of Kingsville, Texas, and Jose M. (Abelina) Dominguez of Plano, Texas; four sisters, Olga V. Garza, Nora (Jesus) Hernandez, Maria E. Garcia, and Delma (Lionel) Salazar all of Kingsville, Texas; twenty grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sat., 10-02-2021, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 10-02-2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Alfredo Villarreal.
