Maria Magdalena Ramirez Rodriguez, 73, of Kingsville, TX passed away May 31, 2015 in Corpus Christi, TX.
She was born on March 12, 1942 in Kingsville, TX to Ruben and Josefa Ramirez.
She was a lifelong resident of Kingsville and the King Ranch. She was also a long time waitress at El Corral Restaurant and a member of St. Martins Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Ruben Ramirez Jr., in-laws, Tomas and Carolina Rodriguez Rodriguez, and sister-in-law, Sylvia Ramirez.
Survivors include her husband, Raul R. Rodriguez of Kingsville; three daughters, Rosie (Tom) Childs of Kingsville, Irene (Arturo) Olivarez of Kingsville, and Ada Rodriguez of Kingsville; two sons, Raul (Janie) Rodriguez of Kingsville, and Tomas Ruben Rodriguez of Portland; three sisters, Josefa Garza of Kingsville, Frances Trevino of Kingsville, and Ada Bibi Gonzalez of Chicago, Illinois; three brothers, Eloy Ramirez of Kingsville, Rene Ramirez of Kingsville, and Frank Ramirez of Kingsville; sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wed., 06-03-2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Wed., 06-03-2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Cremation will follow with a burial at a later date.
