Maria Antonia Olivarez, 71, of Kingsville, TX passed away August 15, 2016 in Kingsville, TX.
She was born on December 29, 1944 in Sarita, TX to Rosalio and Margarita Guevara.
She was retired from KISD Memorial Cafeteria as a cook after 39 years of employment. She was also a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Jose G. Olivarez Sr. of Kingsville; one son, Jose Olivarez Jr. of Kingsville; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, 08-17-2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, 08-17-2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, 08-18-2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Romeo Salinas officiating.
A Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.
