Maria Graciela "Grace" Soliz, 82, of Kingsville, TX passed away on January 23, 2022, in Kingsville, TX.
She was born on October 30, 1939, in Kingsville, TX to Manuel and Olivia Garcia.
She retired with K.I.S.D. in the cafeteria dept. She was a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church and an active CCD teacher for over 25 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alejandro Soliz; and one brother, Manuel Garcia Jr.
Survivors include two daughters, Sylvia S. (Mark) Salazar of Homewood, IL, and Cynthia (Sergio) Vazquez of Seguin; three sons, Alejandro (Cindy) Soliz Jr. of Corpus Christi, Johnny (Jaime) Soliz of Guadalajara, Mexico, Jose Alfredo Soliz of Austin; one sister, Carmen Garcia; fifteen grandchildren, Gina, Sam Jr., Jeremy, Christian, Estevan, Sergio Jr., Dylan, Jordon, Joshua, Drake, Anna, Brandon, Lori, Jacqueline, and Jamie; and fifteen great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 01-26-2022 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, 01-26-2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, 01-26-2022 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Alfredo Villarreal officiating.
A Cremation will follow and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
