Maria Inelda Bazan, 81, a resident of Bishop, Texas passed away October 9, 2016 in Bishop, Texas.
She was born on November 29, 1934 in Kingsville, TX to Pablo and San Juanita Garza.
She was a retired waitress for Dixie Dandy Ice Cream and Sputnut Restaurant. She was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by one daughter Sarita (Ray) Maza; one son, Alejandro Bazan; three brothers, Evaristo Garza, Pablo Garza Jr., and Arturo Garza; one sister, Margarita De La Garza.
Survivors include husband of 62 years of marriage, Pablo A. Bazan of Kingsville; five sons, Alfredo (Amelia) Bazan of Petronila, Juan Luis (Esmeralda) Bazan of Corpus Christi, Pablo Bazan Jr. of Petronila, Aaron (Patsy) Bazan of Petronila, Isaias (Jennifer) Bazan of Houston; five daughters, San Juanita (Gilbert) Reyna of Corpus Christi, Sonia (Alejandro) Guerrero of Petronila, Sylvia (Daniel) Leal of Corpus Christi, Suzie (David) Moya of Corpus Christi, Melissa Bazan of Kingsville; two sisters, Nicolasa Alegria, and Olivia Valadez; twenty-nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be on Tues., 10-11-2016, from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Tues., 10-11-2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wed., 10-12-2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating and Deacon Raul Rosales assisting.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
