Luis R. Alvarez, 72, of Kingsville, TX passed away on October 31, 2021, in Kingsville, TX.
He was born on November 1, 1949, in Kingsville, TX to Jose and Antonia Alvarez.
He was a retired bus driver and mail clerk with the Kingsville Independent School District. He was United States Marine Corps veteran and was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include one brother, Enrique Alvarez of Kingsville, Texas; mother, Antonia R. Alvarez of Kingsville, Texas; his niece and nephew; and cousins.
A Cremation will be held with a burial at a later date.
Arrangements under the direction of Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
