Leopoldo Chapa Maldonado, 62, a resident of Riviera, Texas passed away July 25, 2015 in Kingsville, TX.
He was born on September 2, 1952 in Kingsville, TX.
He was formally employed as a Technician with URI Uranium Resources Inc. He was a United States Army Veteran and a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Riviera, TX.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Elvia Rubalcaba and his father, Adan Maldonado.
Survivors include one daughter, Ann Maldonado of Riverdale, Georgia. Mother, Maria De La Luz Maldonado of Riviera, TX. Two brothers, Abel (Dora) Maldonado of Riviera, TX and Mario Maldonado of San Antonio, TX. Three sisters, Elva Maldonado of Houston, TX, Sulema M. Pattillo of San Antonio, TX, Maria Maldonado (Rob) Barnes of Tomball, TX and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Rosary will be held on Tues., 07-28-2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wed., 07-29-2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Rev. Varghese Ethappiri officiating.
Burial will follow at Riviera Cemetery.
