With heavy hearts, the family of Julian Villarreal announces his passing on June 4, 2026, at the age of 18. A lifelong resident of Kingsville, Texas, Julian was born on May 28, 2008. He grew up surrounded by a deeply loving community of family and friends.

Julian was dedicated to his future and was studying to join the U.S. Army. Above all else, he cherished spending time with those he loved. Known for his protective and nurturing heart, Julian was a constant source of support for his cousins, friends, and extended relatives. He was a natural jokester whose bright presence lit up every room he entered. In his free time, he loved playing basketball and listening to music. His presence brought immense joy, and his absence leaves a profound void for all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his beloved sister, Katelynn Villarreal.

Julian is survived by his parents, Bobby Villarreal and Julie Garza; his paternal grandparents, Frank and Janie Villarreal; and his maternal grandmother, Lolita Garza. He is also survived by his brother, half-brothers, half-sisters, and a large, loving family of aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever hold his memory in their hearts.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m at St. Martin's Catholic Church with Father Alfredo Villarreal officiating. Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
