He was born on June 24, 1957 in Kingsville, TX.
He was retired with the City of Kingsville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Adan A. Palacios.
Survivors include his mother, Elida O. Palacios of Kingsville; three brothers, Jose (Ellen) Palacios of Kingsville, Andy (Irene) Palacios, Steven (Carol) Palacios; two sisters, Maria (Kevin) McBryde and Lupita (Joey) Cordero; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Fri., 03-13-2020 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Fri., 03-13-2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 03-14-2020 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
A Cremation will follow and a private Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
