Josephine G. Garcia, 73, of Kingsville, TX passed away March 23, 2016 in Corpus Christi, TX.
She was born on January 15, 1943 in Kingsville, Texas to Neri and Minerva Gutierrez.
She was a Cessna Aircraft International Finance Officer, and also worked as a buyer for the Army/Airforce Base Exchange. She was also a former bank accountant in Wichita, Kansas. She was a buyer for Moreno Valley School District in California, and a bilingual medical interpreter for the State of California Court System.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Cesar R. Garcia of Kingsville; one son, Jerry L. Garcia of Kingsville; two daughters, Deborah A. Zentmire of Corpus Christi, and Cathryn R. vanNoort of El Dorado, Kansas; two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be on Sat., 04-02-2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 04-02-2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Ramirezs-Salinas Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas. Arrangements under the direction of Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
