Jose A. M. Rivera, 81, of Kingsville, TX passed away June 16, 2018 in Kingsville, TX.
He was born on August 2, 1936 in Corpus Christi, TX to Jose Angel and Consuelo Rivera.
He was a retired U.S. Master Sergeant Air Force Vietnam Veteran for 28 years and a member of Central Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jose Luis Rivera; and one step-daughter, Coral Ann Cantu.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Yolanda P. Rivera of Kingsville; two daughters, Cynthia Ann (Abel) Alaniz of Lewisville, and Catherine M. Lara of Elsa; one son, Juan Bernardo (Veronica) Cantu of Corpus Christi; one sister, Carmen R. (John) Taylor of Corpus Christi; one brother, Jesus David Rivera of Corpus Christi; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tues., 06-19-2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Religious Service will be held on Tues., 06-19-2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Graveside Service will be held on Wed., 06-20-2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Coastal Bend State Veteran's Cemetery with Reverend Servando Torres officiating.
