Dr. John J. Delimata, 78, of Kingsville, TX passed away June 15, 2021 in Kingsville, TX.
He was born on September 25, 1942 in Grabinina, Poland to Frank and Karolina Delimata.
He was a former geology professor at Texas A & I University Kingsville. He had a passion for fossils, and numerous geological sites including the Black Hills in South Dakota.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Eugene Charles Delimata.
Survivors include one brother, Charles Stanley Delimata of Belgrade, Montana; one sister, Lucy D. Zychek of Hauser, Idaho; one niece, Robyn Z. Shear of Minneapolis, Minnesota; one nephew, Darren M. Zychek of Pack, Idaho; and several cousins.
A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
