Jesus Edmundo Noriega Sr., age 59, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Monday, January 20, 2014 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He was born on October 3, 1954 in Kingsville, Texas.
He was a service manager and certified mechanic with various dealerships around the area. He was currently employed with Escamilla Ford in Hebbronville, TX.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edmundo P. Noriega, and his brother, Hector Noriega.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Naranjo of Kingsville; one son, Jesus Edmundo (Gracie) Noriega Jr. of Bedford, TX; two step-daughters, Lydia Naranjo of Kingsville, and Celeste (Seth) Garcia of Kingsville; mother, Maria Teresa (Juan) Garcia of Kingsville; one brother, George Noriega of Kingsville; one step-sister, Maria Eugenia Martinez of Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico; one step brother, Albert Noriega of Kingsville; four step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gertrude's Catholic Church with Father James Stembler officiating.
Interment will follow at Kingsville Resthaven Cemetery.
