Irene D. Luera, 85, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away December 9, 2016 in Kingsville, Texas.
She was born on September 16, 1931 to Candelario and Guadalupe Del Bosque of Zapata, TX.
She was a retired homemaker, and was also a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jose Maria Luera; two daughters, Belia Rojas and Margie Luera; one sister, Dora Medeles.
Survivors include three daughters, Maria Ruperta Luera, Lupita (James) Belk, and Josefa (Rafael) Barrera all of Kingsville; three brothers, Jose Luera, Manuel Luera, and Juan Luera; twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, 12-12-2016, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
A Rosary will be held Monday, 12-12-2016, at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m.A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, 12-13-2016, at St. Martin Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
