Herlinda Z. "Minnie" Rivas, 86, of Kingsville, TX passed away December 18, 2019 in Kingsville, TX.
She was born on February 19, 1933 to Jacinto and Esther Zepeda.
She was a retired homemaker and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alberto Rivas Sr.; two brothers; four sisters; son-in-law, Victor M. Moreno; and daughter-in-law, Sheila Rivas.
Survivors include three daughters, Anna Linda Moreno of Kingsville, Dina Marie (Craig) Ronnie of Minnesota, and Ester (Domingo) Gonzalez of Bishop; two sons, Alberto Rivas Jr. of Kingsville, and Arnold Z. Rivas of Austin; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Fri., 12-20-2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Fri., 12-20-2019 at 6:30 p.m. St. Gertrude's Catholic Church.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 12-21-2019 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Gertrude's Catholic Church with Father Richard Gutierrez officiating.
Burial will follow at Kingsville Resthaven Cemetery.
