Hemereijildo Ray Medrano, 65, of Kingsville, Texas passed away on March 23, 2025, in Corpus Christi, Texas.

He was born on April 13, 1959, in Kingsville, Texas to the late Gilberto and Maria Inez Medrano.

Hemereijildo was a retired security guard and a devoted member of Central Baptist Church. Known for his unwavering faith and loving nature, he was a man who deeply cherished his family and friends. His joyful spirit and warm smile had a way of lighting up any room, and his presence brought comfort and happiness to all who knew him. Hemereijildo's kindness, generosity, and deep commitment to those he loved will always be remembered.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ruben Medrano, and Rudy Medrano; two sisters, Manuela Medrano, and Guadalupe M. Ramirez.

Survivors include one sister, Juanita Medrano Hernandez of Kingsville; four brothers, Gilberto (Anna) Medrano Jr. of Kingsville, Refugio Medrano, Martin (Amanda) Medrano of Belview, Nebraska, and Jose Jorge Medrano of Kingsville; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Religious Service at 7:00 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. on Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home with Pastor Servando Torres officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
