Hector Cortez, 66, of Kingsville, Texas passed away on January 31, 2019 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He was born on January 2, 1958 in Los Ramones, N.L., Mexico to Eusebio and Josefa Cortez.
He was a retired laborer. He was also a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Aleida Cortez of Kingsville; two sons, Hector Fernandez Cortez Jr. of Kingsville, Donato Fernandez Cortez of Kingsville; one sister, Juliana Cortez of Los Ramones, N.L., Mexico; two brothers, Francisco Cortez of Los Ramones, N.L., Mexico and Avigay Cortez of Los Ramones, N.L., Mexico; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sun., 02-03-2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Sun., 02-03-2019 at 6:30 p.m. at Ramirez- Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Mon., 02-04-2019 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
