Guadalupe A. Reyes, 89, of Kingsville, TX passed away on July 28, 2014 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He was born on June 30, 1925 in Kingsville, TX to Andres and Victoriana A. Reyes.
He retired from K.I.S.D. He was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Victoriana R. Garcia.
Survivors include his wife, Genoveva L. Reyes; six daughters, Velia (Juan) Cortez of Kingsville, Viola R. Amaya of Kingsville, Veronica (Eusebio) Escobedo of Kingsville, Verna (Octavio) Ortegon of Kingsville, Velma (Eliberto) Ramos of Kingsville, and Velinda (Augie) Rojas of Kingsville; one son, Guadalupe (Elisa) Reyes Jr. of Kingsville; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, 07-31-2014 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Thursday, 07-31-2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, 08-01-2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
