Guadalupe D. "Chino" Villarreal Sr., 78, of Kingsville, TX passed away October 27, 2019 in Kingsville, TX.
He was born on June 16, 1941 in Alice, TX to Fermin and Tomasa Villarreal.
He was employed with Arthur Brothers as a carpenter supervisor.
He was preceded in death one son, Rene Villarreal; two brothers, Israel Villarreal, and Amador Villarreal; and one sister, Theresa Cruz.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Maria Elena Villarreal of Kingsville; two sons, Guadalupe (Erika) Villarreal Jr. of Bishop, and Richard Villarreal of Kingsville; three grandchildren, Ariel (Jesse) Valdez, Austin Rene Villarreal, and Chloe Villarreal; two great-grandchildren, Thiago Valdez, and Uriah Villarreal; two brothers, Juan (Juanita) Villarreal, and Humberto (Emma) Villarreal; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thurs., 10-31-2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Thurs., 10-31-2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Fri., 11-01- 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Paulson officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
