Gloria V. Salinas, 60, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away January 10, 2017 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
She was born on December 16, 1956 in Alice, TX to Rosendo and Dora Vasquez.
She was a cook for 37 years at Lydia's Restaurant. She was also an active member at her local Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon R. Salinas.
Survivors include one daughter, Velma Jean Vasquez of Kingsville; two sons, Raymond Lee (Veronica) Salinas of Beeville, and Justo (Leticia) Salinas of Kingsville; two sisters, Maria Consuelo Lerma of San Antonio, and Emma Vasquez of Gaston; three brothers,
Alberto Vasquez of Alice, Thomas Vasquez and Ruben Vasquez both of Kingsville; two grandchildren, and numerous nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, 01-16-2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Monday, 01-16-2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, 01-17-2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home with Reverend Jose Angel De La Paz officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
