Gladys Hinojosa Garcia, 75, a former resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away October 21, 2018 in Austin, Texas.
She was born on April 24, 1943 in Robstown, TX to Homero and Margarita Hinojosa.
She was a retired clerk with Texas State Comptroller in Corpus Christi. She was also a former member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Garcia Sr.; and one brother, Homero Garcia Jr.
Survivors include one son, Martin E. (Tami) Garcia Jr. of Austin; two brothers, Arnold (Sofia) Hinojosa of Harlingen, and Orlando (Sylvia) Gonzalez of Monterrey, Mexico; two grandchildren, Megan Ashley (Tyler) Conrad of Portland, Oregon, and Madison Rebecca Garcia of Austin; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wed., 10-24-2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Wed., 10-24-2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thurs., 10-25-2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
Burial will follow at Kingsville Resthaven Cemetery.
