Fritz Harold Hernandez, 76, of Kingsville, Texas, passed away on May 12, 2025, in Kingsville.
He was born on November 21, 1948, in Nuremberg, Germany, to Arturo and Rosa Hernandez.
Fritz proudly served as an aircraft mechanic at NAS Kingsville before retiring. He had a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures and enjoyed photography, reading, fishing, and traveling. His quiet strength, kind heart, and devotion to his family left a lasting legacy.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Anna C. Hernandez of Kingsville; three sons, Jason (Misty) Hernandez of Portland, James (Monica) Hernandez of Kingsville, and John P. Hernandez of Kingsville; and three beloved grandchildren, Jase, Emerie, and Justice. He is also survived by three brothers, Arturo (Gloria) Hernandez Jr., Joe Hernandez, and Karl Hernandez, all of Kingsville; two sisters, Angelika Hernandez of Killeen and Maria (Daniel) De Leon of Harbour Heights; along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary recited at 10:00 a.m.
Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m., also at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with Deacon Ruben Soliz officiating. Interment will take place at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jason Hernandez, James Hernandez, John Hernandez, Arturo Hernandez Jr., Joseph Ruiz, and Miles Bailess.
