Above all, Frank was a loving husband, friend, son, brother, uncle, and godfather. He was the kind of man who would lend a helping hand without hesitation, and cherish every moment spent with family and friends. His laughter, warmth, and unwavering spirit will be deeply missed.

Frank was preceded in death by his father, Francisco Quinones Sr.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jennifer G. Garcia of Gregory; his devoted mother, Patricia Quinones of Kingsville; two sisters, Esperanza "Espi" Quinones of Canton and Amalia "Amy" Lerma (Joe) of Midland; two brothers, Gabriel (Kathy) Quinones of Kingsville and Danny Garza of Houston; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
