Esther Gonzalez, 79, of Bishop, TX passed away on September 24, 2016 in Houston, TX.
She was born on April 5, 1937 in Kingsville, TX to Lazaro and Elida Garcia.
She was retired from Bishop I.S.D. and was formerly employed with the City of Bishop Water Department as well as the Foster Pharmacy. She was a member of La Iglesia Nazarene of Kingsville, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pedro M. Gonzalez Sr., and son, Pedro Gonzalez Jr.
Survivors include one daughter, Delia (Eulojio) Garza of Houston; one sister, Rafaelita (Jimmy) Cardenas of Bishop; five grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 09-27-2016, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Religious Service will be held on Tuesday, 09-27-2016 at 6:30 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, 09-28-2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home with Pastor Ruben Gonzalez officiating.
Burial will follow at Evangelico Cemetery.
