Elvira Cruz Garza, 83, of Bishop, Texas passed away on May 7, 2021 in Bishop, TX.
She was born on March 7, 1938 in Harlingen, TX to Ricardo and Dorotea Cruz.
She was a retired homemaker and a member of Emmanuel Christian Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Maximiliano Garza; one daughter, Guadalupe Garza; and one son, Hector Garza.
Survivors include four sons, Ernesto (Rosie) Garza of Alice, Max (JoAnn) Garza Jr. of Bishop, Arnulfo (Irma) Garza of Bishop, and Arnoldo Garza of Bishop; two daughters, Juanita (Jon) Breseman of Bishop, and Sarita (Roel Jr.) Lopez of Bishop; one sister, Vicky Lara of Brownsville; one brother, Pablo Cruz of Waukesha, Wisconsin; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Religious Service at 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Christian Church with Pastor Roy Faragoza officiating.
Burial will follow at St. James Catholic Cemetery.
