Elma G. Montez, 90, of Moore, TX passed away on February 12, 2020 in Pearsall, TX.
She was born on December 16, 1929 in Kingsville, TX.
She was a retired homemaker. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Moore, TX and a Catholic Daughter of America.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan Porfirio Montez; and one son, Eluid G. Montez.
Survivors include one daughter, Edna (Quelfido) Martinez of Moore; two sons, Eloy (Selma) Montez of Alice and Eden (Elizabeth) Montez of Cedar Creek; three sisters, Hermila Villagomez of Kerrville, Hermelinda Galvan of Kingsville, and Mary Frances Anderson of Von Ormy; and four grandchildren, Victoria Martinez, Juan Martinez, Marcos Montez, and Emilio Montez.
Visitation will be held on Fri., 02-14-2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Fri., 02-14-2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 02-15-2020 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Varghese Ethappiri officiating.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
