Elida H. "Lela" Trevino, 78, a resident of Kingsville, TX died on January 1, 2016 in Corpus Christi, TX.
She was born on April 23, 1937 in Falfurrias, TX to Gilberto and Rosa Herrera.
She was a retired cafeteria worker at Kingsville ISD.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carmen F. Trevino.
Survivors include four sons, Rolando (Noemi) Raulerson, Ricardo (Barbra) Raulerson, Robert Trevino Sr., Robert Trevino Jr. all of Kingsville, TX; four daughters, Juanita (Esteban) Gonzalez, Maria (Antonio) Nino, Gloria (Gilbert) Acuna, Virginia (David) Gutierrez all of Kingsville, TX; one brother, Gilberto Herrera, one sister, Juanita Miranda both of St. Paul, MN; twenty-five grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 01-05-2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, 01-05-2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, 01-06-2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin's Catholic Church with Father Peter Thenan officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
